At Ziavie, we take great care to ensure that every item you receive is in perfect condition. Each product undergoes a full inspection before shipping. However, if you receive a defective item, we sincerely apologize and will gladly offer a full refund or exchange.

We also accept returns and exchanges for non-defective items. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@ziavie.com within 10 days of receiving your order.

 

Try Before You Buy Service

We offer a unique "Try Before You Buy" service, where our special courier delivers your selected items for you to try and inspect before making a purchase. Please note that once an item is paid for, it is non-refundable.

 

Important Notes:

• To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping fees for non-defective returns and exchanges.
• Refunds (excluding shipping fees) are processed within 5-7 working days after the item reaches our office and passes inspection.
• Refunds are issued via bank transfer or InstaPay.
